Will woke me at 7.30, with a blinding hangover. Got to the beach , Will and Leo were first out. Finally got my head into gear and pumped up my 9.5, on the water I was only just powered , so sailed down to the estuary, as the wind was a bit stronger down there. The sky was turning black , the wind increased , and the rain came, I was now nicely powered . Neil came down and we played in the pools for a while, I sailed over to dovey ,then back up to Ynyslas.

Neil had talked me though the kiteloop transitions, I got my head rond them in the pools, wow ! tried one well powered though and got punished ! Sailed for approx 3 hrs , then headed home
